Before collection, we will guide you through some precautionary steps you may like to take before handing the device over to us.

Upon collection of your device by our authorised staff, we will do a same day delivery to our secure sorting facility ensuring that there is no chance of the device falling into the wrong hands.

After being sorted at our facility, all devices will undergo 1 of 3 methods of data sanitisation based on what have been discussed with our consultants. These 3 methods include, Enterprise Grade Data Wiping, Data Degaussing(hard drives) and Physical Destruction. We can also provide a certificate of destruction if required.

Upon request, we are also able to help our commercial customers sanitise their data on-site.
