Data Sanitisation
To prevent your data from being acquired by other people or entities, we provide 3 different types of sanitisation solutions.
- Enterprise Grade Data Wiping: Using this method removes all data on the memory storage device without physically destroying it. This allows us to reuse the storage device thus saving precious metals and resources.
- Physical Destruction: As the name suggests, this involves the physical destruction of the memory storage device. The process may involve shredding the device into small pieces -think paper shredder- and/or crushing it by applying a large force.
- Data Degauss(Hard Disks only): A data degausser erases data from hard disk drives by generating a powerful magnetic field that removes the magnetic properties from the magnetic surface of the platter in the hard drive causing the data to be irrecoverable.
