For items that have market value, we will buy them back from you at a competitive price and refurbish the device. We’ll even give it a small upgrade or 2. After which the refurbished device will be remarketed in the resale market.
Here at The Green Factor, we are strong advocates for all types of recyclables to be REUSED as much as possible. Reusing devices can not only prevent valuable resources from going to waste, you can also give a new lease of life to these items which may in turn bring value to someone else who needs it. We are proud to announce that there are works in the pipeline for us to be donating laptops to less fortunate students to facilitate their eLearning.

Inspection and Testing of devices
Upon receiving the devices at our sorting facility, we'll inspect and test your items. If there are any discrepancies with regards to the reported condition or specifications of the item, we may revise the quote to increase or decrease the price of the device. You will be kept notified of any changes and should you accept the revised price we will then transfer you the final amount.
Data Sanitisation
To prevent your sensitive information from being acquired by other people or entities, we provide up to 3 different types(hyperlink to “tgf.sg/services/data sanitisation”) of sanitisation solutions that ensure that your data will be completely removed from the memory storage devices.
Refurbish/Upgrade Devices
Our technicians will refurbish the devices and in some cases upgrade them hence futureproofing the devices, ensuring that they are capable enough to handle demanding tasks required of devices as technology advances.
Relisting devices on the market
Reusing devices can not only prevent precious resources from going to waste they can help someone in need as they are a lot cheaper than if purchased new. The device will be placed on our own marketplace and sold to partner vendors that we work with. There are works in the pipeline for us to donate laptops to less fortunate students to facilitate their eLearning.
